Alanna is a self-taught illustrator, qualified graphic designer and creator of "Imperium Illustrations", founded in April 2016.
Imperium (Latin) means "power to command" and it has become symbolic of her business mantra through her use of bold colour palettes in her contemporary designs.
Alanna creates contemporary and dynamic visual content for product design, visual merchandise and advertising, as well as promotional material; for both digital and printed. And all her efforts are built upon effective and efficient product design and delivery. Through her previous experience working for a fabric signage company, the utilisation of illustration in advertising has become a source of inspiration, whether it be a product illustration, surface design or visual merchandise, it all enchants Alanna's imagination and inspires her creative mind.
Whilst she enjoys producing a variety of content that widens her perspective, Alanna's also interested in many themes with some include nature, pop culture, portraiture and history. And as illustration is not specific to one industry, Alanna has illustrated banners, tattoos, logos, portraits and marketing materials.
